TOM CLANCY MEETS DAN BROWN

The Latest Review… 5 of 5 Stars

“For real. The military and tactical accuracy is worthy of the best military authors, and the pace of action and brilliantly structured tension would be enough to make this book a winner. But overlay a metaphysical mystery which will keep you guessing and Googling historical factoids (they all check out!). Non-Christians, don’t be deterred. While clearly written by a believing warrior (TYFYS), the story requires no basic piety to follow, and the conclusion will blow your mind regardless of your faith tradition, or lack thereof. Strongly recommended!”

Arklight: Operation Nightfall – The Full Monty!

Hello everyone! I wanted to announce that Arklight: Operation Nightfall goes into full worldwide release starting today! It spent 3 months with Amazon’s Kindle Unlimited, for a limited release, and over five hundred of copies were downloaded! The book has received excellent reviews thus far, and that was just the first draft edition. That release allowed me to iron out a few bumps in the road, in order to produce a truly professional body of work.

Prior to the worldwide launch, I was able to secure a wonderful new editor, Leah Vahjen. She took the already story edited version and helped turn it into something I am truly proud of. The story jumps from the pages and the characters got some great TLC to solidify their voice. Thank you Leah, for your council, ideas, and literary prowess!

Book 2, Arklight: Force Interdiction, is almost ready for editing. Hopefully it will be ready for release in March! Thank you for all the support!

ARKLIGHT: OPERATION NIGHTFALL started the journey!

Navy Commander Billy Chapman – “Chappy”

Excerpt from Nightfall:

Chappy slowly peered around the corner to discover one of the terrorists standing outside the back door talking on the phone while the other was inside apparently asleep. The guard shack duo didn’t appear concerned about much.

Zip said, “This is not even close to a fair fight.”

“Since when do we make things fair, bro?” Chappy asked.

“I have sleeping beauty,” Zip whispered.

Chappy instinctively moved his sights on the guard talking on the phone. “When he hangs up, follow up on my lead shot.”

Arklight: Operation Nightfall finds the world’s most elite unit on the heels of terrorist Ibrahim Mohammad in Bizerte, Tunisia. A conventional mission to capture him turns into an epic adventure connected to the legends of the Knights Templar. A powerful force uses the team for their ultimate purpose exposing the true nature of their existence. A powerful foe is discovered through hidden weapons of Christ that will ultimately decide the fate of mankind. Start reading Nightfall today!

Independent Critic’s Review

From Desert Rose Reviews:

It’s been a long time since I’ve read a really, really good book, but this one definitely grabbed me. I love strong Christian novels, and this one is fantastic. With elements of classics like those by Dan Brown, mixed with the ever-popular Knights Templar legends, there wasn’t much of a chance of me disliking this story.

Each chapter started with a scripture, guiding the reader in a clever way, eluding to what was coming up next, which I enjoyed immensely. The historical aspects seemed accurate and detailed, creating clear and crisp images for each scene. The author did a marvelous job of depicting each character, setting, and evolving tone throughout the book. Each page kept me hooked as to what was happening, needing to know what was going to happen next.

Likely to become a quick hit, I would definitely recommend this to anyone. Believer or not, any lover of conspiracy theory stories, time travel, or adventure in general, is sure to enjoy this book.

Still Available on Kindle Unlimited until January 12th!

The Sands of Bizerte, Tunisia – 1943

Two half-tracks opened fire on the machine gun nest and the Raiders covered down while rounds chewed up the sand around the pit. Rico loosed another 40mm round and struck one half-track with flames enveloping the interior. Few German troops remained, but it was four against many. Heavy fire erupted in the direction of Rico and Zip’s position. The Raiders were overwhelmed. Zip took aim on another soldier running toward one of the half-track’s guns and pulled the trigger. The German hit the ground stopping instantly in the sand. Rico reloaded the launcher and hit the other half-track. He watched a fireball erupt from the passenger compartment and debris scatter in the air.

The armored unit erupted in flames and smoldered with oily black smoke. The intensity of fire on their position continued to grow and punch through the bricks in the wall. Rico could see their cover was eroding and yelled, “We got to displace!”

Zip nodded under the withering enemy fire and moved to the stairway running downstairs. Rico turned to move and a round struck him in the lower right arm. Part of the shrapnel knocked the 40mm grenade launcher out of his hand denting the barrel. He winced as the shot impacted him, picked up the weapon, and continued moving down the stairs despite the pain.
